Most sessions are 90 minutes. We start in The Lounge to plan the session, then move to your recording environment. Bring a guest or co-host—or let us interview you. We run the equipment and keep an eye on the time so you can just talk.

Bring a USB 3.0 or faster portable drive and we’ll transfer your raw files before you leave—free. No drive? Cloud delivery is available for a fee, and raw files are held for 7 days.

If your package includes editing, your preview is ready in 7–14 business days, depending on scope. You’ll get a private review link where you can leave comments directly on the video at the exact moment you want changed. Three rounds of basic edit revisions are included before final delivery.

Frequently asked questions

How long is a session?

Most sessions are 90 minutes, which includes about an hour of recording plus time for setup and file transfer. Longer blocks are available for bigger projects, and we can build a custom package around what you need.

Do I need experience or my own equipment?

No. We provide the cameras, microphones, lighting, and a technician to run everything. It’s a conversation, not a performance—we’ll help you get comfortable before we start.

Can I bring a guest or co-host?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring a guest or co-host. If you’d rather be the one answering questions, we can act as your co-host and interview you.

What should I bring?

A USB 3.0 or faster portable drive for your raw files, your notes or Episode Planning Sheet, and outfits that work on camera (see What to Wear).

How do I get my raw files?

Bring a USB 3.0 or faster portable drive with enough free space and we’ll transfer your files on site at no charge before you leave. Plan on about 45 GB per camera for each hour of recording—the Drive Guide lists exact sizes for every session. If you don’t bring a drive, cloud delivery is available for a fee, and raw files are held for 7 days.

When will I get my edited content, and how do revisions work?

If your package includes editing, your preview is ready in 7–14 business days, depending on scope. You’ll review it on a private link where you can leave time-stamped comments right on the video. Three rounds of basic edit revisions are included. Review links expire after 30 days.

What if I don’t know what to talk about?

That’s common. Our strategy options help you clarify your audience, message, and direction before you record—on your own, with feedback, or together over 90 days. Explore strategy options.

What if I need to reschedule?

Contact us at least 72 hours before your session for a full refund. Between 48 and 72 hours, you’ll receive a studio credit good for 3 months. Under 48 hours, a rescheduling fee applies. See the Booking Terms for full details.
