Where is Podforge Studios located?
We're located at 110 W Greenville Street, Anderson, SC 29621. Two dedicated parking spaces are available right in front of the studio, with additional parking across the street between The Peoples Bank and United Way.
Do I need recording experience?
Not at all. Every session includes a dedicated technician who handles all camera, audio, and lighting setup. You focus on the conversation โ we handle everything else.
How many people can record at once?
The Anvil, The Hearth, and The Crucible each seat up to 2 participants. Hosting a larger group or need remote guests? Contact us before booking and we'll find a solution.
When will I receive my files?
Raw files are delivered within 2โ3 business days. Need them faster? The 24-hour raw file delivery add-on is available on Starter and Creator sessions.
Can I add on editing or social clips?
Yes โ add-ons can be selected at booking or added on the day of your session. Edited deliverables are delivered within 7โ10 business days.
What's the difference between tiers?
Starter gives you one camera and raw files. Creator adds three cameras with raw video and audio from each for full editorial control in post. Producer adds live switching so you walk out with a finished program feed.
How long is a session, really?
Every session includes 30 minutes for setup โ dialing in lighting, audio, and cameras before you start. Book a 1.5-Hour Block and get a full hour of recording. Book longer and that same 30 minutes is all it takes โ the rest is recording time. Setup only grows if you switch recording environments mid-session.
What drive should I bring for my files?
Bring a USB 3.0 or faster portable SSD and your files transfer free immediately at the end of your session โ no waiting, no fees. Don't have a drive or forget yours? We offer cloud delivery starting at $25 for Starter sessions and $35 for Creator and Producer sessions, with fees increasing based on session length and resolution. Files are held for up to 7 days. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
All sales are final, and refunds are issued only at our discretion. Reschedule with 72+ hours notice and it's free. Inside 72 hours, a fee applies based on your notice and session length. No-shows forfeit the session entirely. See the full policy โ

Full refund โ less processing fees (~3%) on 4-Hour and 8-Hour Blocks.
48โ72 hours
Non-transferable studio credit, valid for 3 months from cancellation date.
Under 48 hours
Rescheduling fee required (see below), or session is forfeited with no refund or credit.
No-show
Session forfeited after 15-minute grace period โ no refund, no credit, no reschedule. Repeated violations may result in Do-Not-Book status at our discretion.
