Where is Podforge Studios located?
We're located at 110 W Greenville Street, Anderson, SC 29621. Free street parking is available on Greenville Street and surrounding streets.
Do I need recording experience?
Not at all. Every session includes a dedicated technician who handles all camera, audio, and lighting setup. You focus on the conversation — we handle everything else.
How many people can record at once?
Up to 4 participants can be recorded simultaneously. Hosting a larger group or need remote guests? Contact us before booking and we'll find a solution.
When will I receive my files?
Raw files are delivered within 2–3 business days. Need them faster? The 24-hour raw file delivery add-on is available on 1-hour and 2-hour sessions.
Can I add on editing or social clips?
Yes — add-ons can be selected at booking or added on the day of your session. Edited deliverables are delivered within 7–10 business days.
What's the difference between tiers?
Starter gives you one camera and raw files. Creator adds three cameras with ISO files for full editorial control in post. Producer adds live switching so you walk out with a finished program feed.
Good to know before you book
We keep our policies simple and transparent. No surprises.
All studio sessions are one-time payments with no recurring charges. Once your session is confirmed, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply.
Refunds
Cancel 72+ hours before your session and receive a full refund. Sessions of 4 hours or more are refunded minus the Stripe processing fee (~3%).
Late cancellations
Cancel within 72 hours and a non-transferable studio credit is issued to your account. No-shows after 15 minutes forfeit the session with no credit.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with 72+ hours notice. Rescheduling within 72 hours incurs a fee of $25–$75 depending on session length.
